1. Object of the Contract

8. Delivery

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS MANAGEMENT

This Policy applies to all returns and refunds for food products purchased on www.sicilianfoodshop.com . Since these are perishable food products, the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code does not apply , except in the specific cases indicated below.

    • Unreleased and untasted product

    • Shipping costs paid by Bloweb only for errors attributable to Bloweb/Supplier

10.5 Refund Management

11. Purchase of alcoholic products

Products such as wines, liqueurs, bitters and beers are intended for sale exclusively to adults (over 18 years of age).

12. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:
