Sicilian Food Shop is an online shop created and managed by Bloweb di Mariano Macaluso , with registered office in Palermo - Capaci, Via Primo Carnera, 2 - VAT number 06636120823, owner of the "SicilianFoodShop" brand and the portal www.sicilianfoodshop.com .

The consumer who accesses the Site to make purchases (hereinafter "Customer") is required, before sending the order, to carefully read these General Conditions, which can be consulted by the Customer at any time also through the link contained in the order confirmation email.

1. Object of the Contract

The products displayed on the sicilianfoodshop.com website are marketed by Bloweb, which is solely responsible for managing refunds and chargebacks in legitimate cases.

2. Product Description

Prices, descriptions and availability of the Products are specified in the respective sections of the site and are subject to change without notice.

3. Product Availability

Since these are handcrafted products, the Product Page may contain a section containing information about production times.

In the event that the ordered Product is unavailable, Bloweb will promptly notify the User and, upon request, will refund any advance payments. The User's right to compensation for damages resulting from non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is expressly excluded.

4. Purchase procedure

The purchasing procedure includes:

5. Prices

9. Receipt of goods

9.1 Dry goods

Upon delivery, the User must check:

Number of packages corresponding to the transport document
Packaging integrity

9.2 Perishable products

Perishable food products are subject to transportation restrictions. They are accepted with no liability for deterioration due to delivery delays.

The customer accepts unconditional responsibility for any damage due to courier delays.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS MANAGEMENT

10.1 Scope of application

This Policy applies to all returns and refunds for food products purchased on www.sicilianfoodshop.com . Since these are perishable food products, the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code does not apply , except in the specific cases indicated below.

10.2 Cases of acceptance of returns and refunds

Returns and full refunds are guaranteed only in the following cases:

10.3 Cases of non-acceptance

Returns or refunds are not allowed for:

General dissatisfaction with taste, smell, or texture
Change of mind or order placed in error
Products purchased in excessive quantities
Perishable products that expire after purchase, if delivered intact
Damage caused by the Customer after delivery

10.4 Return procedure

- Order number
- Clear photos of the problem
- Written description
Authorization : The Support team evaluates the request and, if accepted, sends a return authorization (RMA)
Shipping :
- Product in original, intact packaging
- Unreleased and untasted product
- Shipping costs paid by Bloweb only for errors attributable to Bloweb/Supplier

10.5 Refund Management

Accreditation : Within 14 working days of receipt and verification of the return
Method : Same payment method used for the purchase
Amount : Full amount of the non-compliant product, including initial shipping costs

11. Purchase of alcoholic products

Products such as wines, liqueurs, bitters and beers are intended for sale exclusively to adults (over 18 years of age).

12. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

Custom-made or personalized products
Products that are at risk of deteriorating or expiring rapidly
Products sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons

Food products (including wines, spirits, and beverages) are among those products that are "likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly."
