Frozen products in the HoReCa line necessarily need to travel at temperatures below zero.

The safe system for transporting frozen goods is based on trucks refrigerated at -21°.

This type of transport for frozen products is dedicated only to the HoReCa sector.

For logistical needs, the minimum order on this site for a shipment of frozen products is one pallet, which can vary from 300 to 800 kg and more based on the volume of the products ordered.

To help you save on shipping, we provide a FREE additional service that allows you to combine small orders of products from our suppliers into a single pallet for a single shipment.

The costs for shipping a frozen pallet are fixed and may vary slightly from area to area. The maximum height of a pallet, regardless of the weight, which can reach up to 1200 kg, must not exceed 220 cm.

For greater clarity, once you have logged in with your professional account we recommend that you start adding products to the cart from our HoReCa suppliers, as soon as you reach the minimum orderable on a pallet, the shipping system appears showing you the cost for your delivery area, you can continue to add products to the cart within the maximum limit allowed.

Right of withdrawal:

Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

• - order of Products packaged to measure or clearly personalized;

• - ordering Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

• - order of sealed Products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons or which have been opened after delivery.

With reference to the cases of exclusion of the withdrawal listed above, the Customer, in particular, is informed and accepts that among the Products that "risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly" are included all food products (including wines, spirits and beverages), as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration also as a result of inappropriate storage.

Therefore, for reasons of hygiene and protection of Customers, the right of withdrawal is not applicable for food products (including wines, spirits and beverages), but is applicable only for products purchased on the site that can be returned to the respective suppliers and put back on the market without danger to the health of consumers (such as books, gadgets, kitchen utensils, etc.).
