THE Reginelle Frolsi biscuits , made by the renowned Biscottificio Frolsi of Palermo , are an exquisite Sicilian specialty also known as “viscotta 'nciminati” in local dialect.
These 250g artisan biscuits I am hand made with selected ingredients, characterised by a crumbly texture and a smoky aroma which makes them unique. Their peculiarity? A generous covering of sesame seeds , called in Sicilian “cimino” or “giuggiulena” , which gives them a royal touch and an unmistakable flavor.
