Power, pride and generosity are the dominant features of Nero d'Avola, a very Sicilian grape. Treated in purity, the wine evolves in an elegant way, with style, transforming all the energy it has into a profile of a great gentleman.
It is a wine that looks straight in the eye, calm but authoritative, a wine that does not need many explanations, tempered, solid and, ultimately, sentimental precisely because it is capable of convincing and making itself loved.
It is grown in espalier, harvesting in a period between the end of September and the beginning of October.
Its aging capacity reaches six years.
