Online selling
The arancini are sold online frozen and ready to fry, individually packaged one by one with food-grade film, inside a rigid container and then inside a thermal bag with gel ice, as in the video below.
Tips for optimal tasting:
As soon as they arrive at your home, if you don't have to consume them immediately, the arancini should be kept in the freezer, obviously removing them from the thermal bag.
When you have to consume them, let them defrost completely at room temperature, take them out of the freezer at least 6/8 hours before consumption, fry them in sunflower oil (follow our video guide) and bring them to the table, you will feel the true typical taste of arancina from Palermo and you will make a great impression on your guests.
