Our cherry tomato puree contains only midi plum tomatoes, with no added sugar (given their natural sweetness) or any other ingredients.
Our 'Sarsa' is obtained by hand, according to tradition, so as to guarantee the maximum genuineness of the product, free from any preservatives or chemical additives.

This is a sauce rich in vitamins A, C, Beta-Carotene and Potassium.
The presence of lycopene, an antioxidant, makes the tomato an excellent anti-cancer agent. Also having laxative and diuretic properties, it is excellent in slimming diets, providing a truly negligible caloric intake, about 16 calories per 100 grams.
