With a typical rounded shape reminiscent of a focaccia, it has a diameter of 15-16 cm and is crustless. The smooth, ivory-white surface hides a soft, compact paste, white and free of holes.
Produced with raw milk from Valle del Belice sheep, raised free to graze on the Sicilian hills, this Vastedda stands out for its fresh and sweet flavor, typical of artisanal sheep cheeses .
