Vineyards : From vineyards facing east, in the Dirillo river valley, characterised by a cool microclimate and notable temperature variations
Grape variety : Syrah
Training system : Simple Guyot espalier
Harvest : Second/third week of September
Vinification : Fermentation in steel for 10/12 days, with short cold pre-fermentation maceration, malolactic fermentation and refinement in stainless steel
Alcohol content : 13.5/14% vol
Color : Ruby color with purple reflections
Aroma : Notes of small red fruits, fresh, accompanied by balsamic nuances typical of the Mediterranean scrub
Taste : Round and harmonious, it reveals an exuberant freshness, perfected by the subtle texture of the tannins and a good flavour.
Aging potential : 4/6 years
