Made strictly according to the Sicilian recipe. The cannoli wafers are the ideal base for any pastry shop that wants to make the famous traditional cannoli of Piana degli Albanesi.
Cannoli wafers are made fresh every day with natural ingredients by Cannolificio D'Agostino in Palermo, Sicily.
Piana's recipe does not include the addition of cocoa to the dough, in fact they are lighter than the Palermo ones and have a wider shape.
One box contains 80 pods, size 18 cm.
