The HoReCa line arancini are sold online frozen in minimum quantities of 30 pieces and in two versions:

Raw for frying.
Fried foods to heat up.

Tips for optimal tasting:

When you have to consume them, let them defrost completely at room temperature, take them out of the freezer at least 6/8 hours before eating, heat them or fry them in sunflower seed oil (follow our video guide) and bring them to the table, you will feel the true typical taste of the Palermo arancina and you will make a great impression on your guests.
