Mastro 25 - Craft Beer

Our story begins about 20 years ago as homebrewing in the basement of the Sveglia family's house, where the strong passion for beer and the desire to create something that could go beyond the classic drink with friends, allowed him to realize that dream that today it takes shape in the craft brewery "Mastro 25 - Principe di Guarrato".

The Mastro 25 brand connects the beer to its creator, Giuseppe Sveglia: the master brewer and oenologist, the recurring number 25 in the life of the Sveglia family and the mustache.

The family-run company was founded in 2014 in Trapani in the hamlet of Guarrato and produces craft beer, unpasteurised, unfiltered and refermented in the bottle.

The ingredients, mainly from our land, selected with meticulous care for our beer are: water, malt, wheat, hops, yeast, honey, Marsala wine, native natural spices, and are chosen with so much passion and attention because it is only with raw materials quality raw materials, that pinch of creativity that our land gives us and with its aromas and flavors, which makes it possible to create a truly unique and original product. Our beer, as it is raw (unpasteurised), does not undergo any chemical or physical treatment and no preservatives are added nor is it added with CO2. The carbonation is produced by the yeasts present which continue a qualitative evolution even during the refermentation in the bottle.

Today the craft brewery "Mastro 25 - Principe di Guarrato" maintains a high standard of quality in its production process, while at the same time guaranteeing the creation of a genuine, natural and authentic product.

The aim of our company is to broaden and elevate the status of beer, not reducing it to a simple drink but enhancing its properties and its authenticity as an artisanal product.
