Made strictly according to the Sicilian recipe. The cannoli wafers are the ideal base for any pastry shop that wants to make the famous traditional cannoli of Piana degli Albanesi.
The cannoli wafers we offer here are selected by our tasters and classified as excellent , they are prepared fresh every day with natural ingredients by Cannolificio D'Agostino in Palermo, Sicily.
Piana's recipe does not include the addition of cocoa to the dough, in fact they are lighter than the Palermo ones and have a wider shape.
One box contains 80 pods, size 18 cm.

The pods are shipped in their original box, so that the couriers are aware of the fragility of the product. We optimize the empty spaces with polystyrene to avoid possible breakages but it is still possible that some pods arrive broken.
