Orange Marmalade is made up of 64% Ribera oranges, sugar, lemon juice, gelling agent (pectin). Furthermore, its consistency is based on orange juice and orange puree which make it spreadable, without chunks and with a very small percentage of peel that varies from 5% to 7% which does not alter its flavor, but which releases the precious essential oils it contains.

For its preparations, Navel oranges, Washington Navel and Vanilla are used, the latter suitable for guaranteeing sweetness to the products that allow us to avoid the use of sweeteners and sugar in large quantities.

The oranges are born from a production that has been going on for three generations and it is precisely the third generation that has developed this project to guarantee the freshness of the oranges even beyond the production period, which varies from the end of November to the end of March.
