Made with selected tuna meat, this unique product is processed following an artisanal process that enhances its flavor and consistency.

Perfect Processing and Seasoning

The tuna meat comes   minced, salted and peppered , then stuffed into a natural casing. After pressing   20 days , the salami undergoes a   controlled seasoning   in an innovative maturing room, which reproduces ideal microclimates for optimal transformation.

The   Pure Sea Tuna Salami   has a   intense flavour , with meat   soft and compact . To enjoy it at its best:

  • Cut it to   thin slices

  • Season it with   extra virgin olive oil

  • Pair it with   salads with tomato, basil, crushed garlic and oregano
