1. Acceptance of the Terms

2. Compensation and Commissions

  • Sales Commissions: Partners will be paid a 5% commission on the total value of each qualifying order generated through their unique affiliate link.

  • Commission Calculation: The 5% commission is applied exclusively to the net value of the ordered goods. Shipping costs are expressly excluded from the commission calculation.

  • Click and Registration Compensation: There is no compensation for simply clicking on the affiliate link or for registering new users on the site.

3. Definition of "Qualified Sale"
A sale is considered "qualified" when it meets all of the following conditions:

  • The customer accesses sicilianfoodshop.com by clicking on the Partner's active affiliate link.

  • The order is completed by the user in the same browsing session or within a maximum period of 12 months from the click.

  • The order is not cancelled or refunded.

  • A minimum delay of 1 day is observed between clicks from the same IP address for them to be considered valid.

4. Pending Period
Sales commissions will be credited to the Partner's account after a waiting period of 1 day from the date the order was processed, in order to verify the absence of returns or disputes.

5. Product Restrictions
Partner affiliate links will provide direct access to the entire "LA SICILIA VERA" product range . Commissions will be generated exclusively from the sale of products in these categories.

6. Self-Affiliation and Fraudulent Behavior
Self-affiliation is prohibited . Partners may not use their own links to purchase products for themselves. Any attempt to manipulate the system (for example, through click fraud or the use of deceptive methods to generate commissions) is also prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the immediate deactivation of the account and the cancellation of all accrued credits.

7. Registration and Account
When registering on the site, the user can choose to become a Partner by selecting the appropriate checkbox. Enrollment in the Program is subject to approval by sicilianfoodshop.com , which reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time at its sole discretion.

8. Payments
