The hand is a sign of humanity and measure of all things, it numbers, indicates, touches, caresses, divides, gathers ... It symbolizes well a rosé that comes from the meeting of Nero d'Avola grapes with Syrah grapes, reaching completion through a fermentation process in steel tanks, at controlled temperatures.
The result is a savory and fresh wine, balanced and tasty to the point of accompanying many dishes, easily passing from seafood and land appetizers to dry pasta, omelettes, white meats and grilled vegetables.
A rosé, pale pink with coral and apricot reflections. Fresh and savory but at the same time floral and fragrant reminiscent of small red fruits. It is an inviting and tasty wine, with good complexity and freshness. It is proposed with a great versatility of combinations with food, in particular with the tasty appetizers of Sicilian cuisine.
