100% Sicilian Wild Fennel Pesto is obtained from Wild Fennel, also known as “rizzo” fennel, curly.
Foeniculum vulgare Miller is the scientific name.
It is an aromatic plant belonging to the Umbelliferae family and is native to the Mediterranean regions.
