This Nero d'Avola wine comes from the oldest vineyards facing south east. Of a beautiful ruby red color, it combines intense aromas of black fruits with floral nuances, accompanied by sweet spicy notes. A pleasantly savory and tannic wine. Consistency and sweetness are supported by a good acidity.

In the seventeenth century, after an earthquake, one of the most destroyed Sicilian cities was rebuilt in the form of a hexagon by a Jesuit architect who designed a fortress against adversity with symmetrical streets, low buildings and a large central space.

This wine, born between the woods and the reeds, is inspired by this example of balance and foresight. Carefully chosen, bunch by bunch, so that only the best remains: the round taste, the perfect balance of structure and aromas.

Ex is a warm wine, full of character, but sweet in the mouth in which nature and architecture coexist, a solid constructive principle and all the sweetness of an ancient river.
