This Frappato white wine was born from an idea and our curiosity: to try the Frappato grape in a white version, which could enhance its fragrant and floral characteristics and further demonstrate its versatility. The result is a fresh and tasty white, variegated and intense in its aromas, which expresses fine and creamy notes.

In the mouth it is pleasant, delicate, fresh and lively, with a nice richness and good complexity, with a juicy and savoury finish, almost with mineral notes.
Origin : hills around Licodia Eubea, in the extreme south-eastern corner of Sicily.
Vineyards : from vineyards overlooking the Dirillo river valley, with eastern exposure
Grape varieties : Frappato
Training system : guyot
Harvest : second half of September?
Vinification : soft pressing of the grapes, in a pneumatic press and in a protected atmosphere. Fermentation in stainless steel and maintenance on fine lees.
Alcohol content : 12.5\13%
Colour : straw yellow, delicate and pale, with greenish reflections
Aroma : fine and intriguing, complex, enveloping with notes of yeast and hints of fresh tropical fruit
Taste : of beautiful richness and savouriness, rich and juicy but at the same time lively and pleasantly fresh
Aging potential : 3\5 years
Serving temperature : 10°\12°C
