Mad - Syrah Sicilia IGP Wine Cantine Pepi

An enveloping red that enchants with its unique personality, Matto is a Syrah that tells the story of Sicily in every sip.

Characteristics and Sensory Profile

Color   intense ruby with purple reflections , it releases aromas on the nose   aromas of small red fruits, spices and balsamic notes   typical of the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate it stands out for   vibrant freshness, silky tannins and a pleasant sapidity , which make it balanced and persistent.

Produced by   Cantine Pepi , this wine comes from   Syrah grapes   grown with traditional methods and harvested at the end of September. Matto can   age up to 4 years , best expressing its complexity.

An "out of the ordinary" wine, just like its name:   Matto , a tribute to Sicily and its passionate viticulture.
