Salto is a fresh and tasty white wine, straw yellow in color with green reflections, which comes from 100% Grillo grapes. Intense and varied aromas of white flowers are accompanied by citrus notes. In the mouth it is pleasant and harmonious, of good complexity, with a fresh and savory finish.
This is a joyful wine that has the same music and color as a meadow full of crickets, a lively jumping meadow, from pale yellow to bright green. There are notes of rose, mixed with notes of citrus and exotic fruit.
In the mouth, the very first sensation is a long sensation of freshness, of openness, while on the palate the wine is dry and snappy. A cricket in fact, with an entire field available. The Grillo grapes are cultivated with espalier and spurred cordon. It begins to be harvested in the second decade of September and is able to age for up to two years.
