ZIBIBBO
LIQUEUR wine
IGP Sicilian lands
An Arabic word, zabib, for a wine that from the banks of the Nile spread thanks to the Romans throughout the Mediterranean basin.
This wine in particular is produced in the Marsala area, therefore it is not a wine from the Cantine Pepi, born from the vineyards of Mazzarrone, but a wine chosen by conviction.
Grown dry, it has a beautiful deep yellow color, a delicate aroma, a sweet taste that offers a velvety sensation in the mouth.
It reaches an alcohol content of 16.5 degrees.
It goes perfectly with baked desserts and dry pastries. Suitable to accompany buccidati (buccellati), typical sweets made with dried figs, almonds, walnuts and honey. A triumph of gluttony.
The serving temperature varies between twelve and fifteen degrees.
Bottled for CP Vini s.r.l.
