History and Tradition
Born in the heart of Sicily, the Quaresimali have origins linked to the   Christian tradition . During Lent, these biscuits – prepared only with   almonds, sugar and egg whites   – were consumed to respect religious dictates, which prohibited milk and egg yolks. Today, Frolsi offers them again with the same artisanal recipe, preserving their authenticity.
