Vineyards : Selection of the best grapes from the oldest vineyards, planted in the Dirillo river valley, influenced by a cool microclimate

Harvest : Third/fourth week of September
Vinification : Destemming and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature, maceration for 12/14 days with refinement and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel
Alcohol content : 13.5/14% vol
Color : Ruby red
Aroma : Intense aromas of black fruits with floral nuances, sweet spicy notes
Taste : savoury and tannic, consistency and sweetness are supported by a good acidic vein
Aging potential : 6/8 years
