Origin : hills around Licodia Eubea, in the extreme south-eastern corner of Sicily.
Vineyards : from vineyards overlooking the Dirillo river valley, with eastern exposure

Harvest : second half of September?
Vinification : soft pressing of the grapes, in a pneumatic press and in a protected atmosphere. Fermentation in stainless steel and maintenance on fine lees.
Alcohol content : 12.5\13%
Colour : straw yellow, delicate and pale, with greenish reflections
Aroma : fine and intriguing, complex, enveloping with notes of yeast and hints of fresh tropical fruit
Taste : of beautiful richness and savouriness, rich and juicy but at the same time lively and pleasantly fresh
