Sicilian Food Shop enters the world of Auguste Escoffier's disciples

The 15th International Congress of the "Disciples of Auguste Escoffier" Association was held in Sicily, specifically in Sciacca, from 19 to 22 October.
On October 19th, Sicilian Food Shop owner Mariano Macaluso received the blue scarf as a leading figure in the Sicilian food and wine sector.
On Saturday, October 21st, Sicilian Food Shop and some of our excellent local suppliers offered a Palermo-style street food lunch at the Giardino degli Aranci in Monreale, Palermo province.
The following companies participated with great success from the international public:
1) The ultimate in street food, with Pane ca Meusa , bread with Panelle and Cazzilli , Arancine and Palermo salad.
2) Cantine Pepi di Mazzarrone offered its best native wines: Eore - the Cerasuolo di Vittoria and Agate - the Frappato.
3) The Birrificio Mastro 25 Principe di Guarrato in Trapani offered two of its amazing craft beers.
4) Finally, the artisanal Panettone with Pistachio , Mandarin and Modica Chocolate offered by Pasì pasticceria siciliana.
