IGP Sicilian lands
An Arabic word, zabib, for a wine that spread from the banks of the Nile throughout the Mediterranean basin thanks to the Romans.

This particular wine is produced in the Marsala area, so it is not a wine from Cantine Pepi, born from the Mazzarrone vineyards, but a wine chosen out of conviction.
Grown in dry conditions, it has a beautiful deep yellow colour, a delicate aroma, a sweet taste that offers a velvety sensation in the mouth.
It reaches a strength of 16.5 degrees.
It pairs perfectly with baked desserts and dry pastries. Recommended to accompany Cucciddati (buccellati), typical sweets made with dried figs, almonds, walnuts and honey. A triumph of deliciousness.
The serving temperature varies between twelve and fifteen degrees.
