This Sicilian white wine with a straw yellow color and green reflections, shows light floral notes of almond, orange blossom and aromatic herbs on the nose. The good flavor and salinity make it a fresh and pleasant wine suitable for infinite pairings.

It suggests one of the possible origins of the name Licodia Eubea, founded by other islanders who arrived from the Aegean.
Four vines give rise to this white: Grillo, Catarratto, Frappato and Zibibbo. Grapes of the territory that go well together giving pride and character to this wine, destined to leave its mark.
Origin : Hills around Licodia Eubea, in the extreme south-eastern edge of Sicily
Vineyards : On the hill, overlooking the Dirillo river valley
Grape variety : Grillo, Catarratto, Frappato and Zibibbo
Training system : simple Guyot espalier
Harvest : end of August, beginning of September
Vinification : soft pressing of whole grapes and fermentation of the must at 16°\17° in stainless steel tanks
Alcohol content : 12.5/13% vol
Color : straw yellow with green reflections
Aroma : Light floral notes of almond, orange blossom and aromatic herbs
Taste : Good flavour and salinity, fresh and pleasant, suitable for infinite combinations
Aging potential : 3/5 years
