Vineyards : On the hill, overlooking the Dirillo river valley

Training system : Simple Guyot espalier
Harvest : End of August, beginning of September
Vinification : short cold maceration on the skins, followed by soft pressing and fermentation of the must at 16°/17° in stainless steel tanks
Alcohol content : 12.5/13% vol
Color : Straw yellow with green reflections
Aroma : Intense and varied scents of white flowers are accompanied by citrus notes
Taste : Pleasant and harmonious, with good complexity, with a fresh and savoury finish
Aging potential : 3/5 years
